Since joining Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in 2019, Foster has actively contributed to its mission and values. His involvement in the fraternity is multifaceted; he serves as the Pan-Hellenic Council representative and plays a crucial role on the Hospitality Committee. Foster's leadership abilities have been recognized through his appointment as the inaugural Treasurer for the North Houston chapter of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. (NPHC).
